Automotive Sales Specialist- Holler Classic Family of Dealerships

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships, an Automotive News Top 150 dealership group with 12 dealerships serving the Central Florida market, has been proudly family-owned since 1938. Our Buy Smart – Be Happy® brand promises include Our Best Price First, Pure and Simple® and Commission-Free Sales.

We are looking for a result-driven, motivated Sales Specialist responsible for promoting and selling the dealership’s products and services through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. We are a negotiation-free sales environment where our sales specialists are paid an hourly rate plus bonuses based on the number of cars sold, not the price of the car. Our Dealerships looking for Sales Specialists are:

  • Audi North Orlando
  • Classic Honda
  • Classic Mazda
  • Holler Ford
  • Holler Honda
  • Holler Hyundai/Genesis North Orlando
  • Driver's Mart Sanford
  • Holler Driver's Mart in Winter Park

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Applying ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, state and federal requirements
  • Understands and follow the Holler-Classic Sales Process
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain features and benefits of appropriate vehicle and aftermarket products and services effectively
  • Close sales efficiently to attain optimal gross profit and consistently following-up after sale to assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales
  • Establish daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals, prioritize and organize work for productive results, and utilize time effectively
  • Maintains comprehensive and up to date knowledge of products and services offered for sale
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliabletransportation
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Pass background screening requirements
  • Full availability including weekends and holidays
  • Must have working knowledge of automotive technology and show immediate ability to learn and use new systems

Pay:

  • This is a non-exempt position $17/hr plus monthly bonus. Pay plan will be discussed during the interview process

From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession.
