Automotive Sales Representative

Do you enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and achieving goals? Are you passionate about vehicles and delivering exceptional service? If so, we’d love to meet you.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Honda of Thornhill, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while creating a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Whether customers are purchasing their first Acura or upgrading to a new model, you’ll be their trusted advisor throughout the journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers.
  • Develop referral and repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
  • Build trust through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay current on Honda products, technology, incentives, and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor vehicles and market trends.
  • Coordinate and conduct vehicle deliveries.
  • Review vehicle features, technology, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
  • Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term ownership satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience is an asset
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Valid OMVIC licensed

Pay: : From $75,000-$124,000 based on ability to sell effectively.
