What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will help customers through one of the most important purchases they make. You will welcome guests, learn what they are looking for, present vehicle options, answer questions, and guide them through a smooth, professional buying experience.
You will also:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Build strong customer relationships through trust, follow-up, and excellent service
Learn vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options
Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
Conduct product presentations and test drives
Follow up with customers by phone, email, and text
Work closely with sales managers and finance partners
Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory
Represent Wilde East Towne Honda with professionalism and energy
What We’re Looking For
Prior automotive sales experience is welcome, but not required. We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurants, bars, retail, security, customer service, or other people-facing roles.
