Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.

  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.

  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale.

  • Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, financing, and current promotions.

  • Work with the sales and finance teams to provide a seamless buying experience.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • No previous automotive sales experience required.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and earn a competitive income.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work dealership hours, including Saturdays.
