Sales Manager – High-Performance Automotive Store

Team Automotive Group is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and high-performing Sales Manager to help lead and develop our sales operation.
This is not a desk manager position for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a leader who can drive performance, enforce process, develop people, and create consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading daily sales operations and team performance
- Driving showroom, internet, and phone conversion
- Managing desk structure, deal flow, and gross opportunities
- Coaching and developing Sales Consultants daily
- Ensuring CRM discipline and follow-up accountability
- Monitoring KPIs including:
- Closing %
- PVR
- Appointments
- Follow-up activity
- Lead response times
- Helping recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
- Maintaining energy, urgency, and accountability across the floor

Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
- Strong desking and deal-structure knowledge
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- CRM and follow-up accountability experience
- High level of urgency, professionalism, and communication
- Strong understanding of gross, volume, and performance metrics
- Valid driver’s license
