We are seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive performance. This role is ideal for a hands on
leader who excels at coaching, closing, and delivering a strong customer
experience.

  Lead
  and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals.

  Desk deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance.

  Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability.
• 
  Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to remain competitive.

  Partner with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer
  satisfaction.
