NOW HIRING Automotive Sales Interns!

Pay: Starting at $16 up to $48 per hour PLUS monthly bonuses based on performance!

Schedule: Full time, 40-hour work week with one weekday and Sundays off

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in customer-facing retail, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
  • Four-year Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or similar fields welcomed but not required
  • Performance-minded, self-motivated individuals with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance to understand their needs and present various vehicle options
  • Maintain knowledge on current product offerings to adequately educate and guide customers through vehicle purchases
  • Accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle features
  • Complete vehicle delivery and serve as point of contact following purchase
  • Uphold excellent customer service standard throughout shopping, purchase, and ownership processes

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $50,000 to $90,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
