What You’ll Do

• Create Connections: Welcome and engage customers in person, online, and by phone with confidence and professionalism
• Guide the Experience: Listen, ask the right questions, and match each customer with the Volkswagen that fits their lifestyle
• Represent the Brand: Clearly communicate Volkswagen’s technology, safety features, and value in a way that builds excitement and trust
• Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up consistently to earn loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
• Grow as a Professional: Master the full sales process—from first contact to close—with hands-on training and ongoing support

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
