Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson or have a successful background in retail, customer service, hospitality, commissioned sales, or another customer-focused profession, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support needed to build a successful career.

What You'll Do

• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned Ford vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available financing options.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Learn Ford products, dealership processes, and proven sales techniques.
• Work closely with sales management to achieve personal and dealership goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and ownership.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet company insurance eligibility requirements
• Ability to use your own laptop for daily dealership operations
