Capital Ford of Lillington is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, guide them through the vehicle-buying experience, and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget. Being fluent in both Spanish and English, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for a diverse range of customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Assist with customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish throughout the sales process.
• Showcase vehicle features, benefits, and available options to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the entire buying experience, from the initial conversation to vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and work toward closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle features, and dealership promotions.
• Work toward achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to build relationships and earn customers' trust.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage customer information accurately.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.
