
Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join their award-winning team. In this role, you are more than a salesperson. You are a product expert and a brand ambassador. You will guide customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives by providing expert knowledge, transparent communication, and world-class service.

Pay: $75,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Greet customers, assess their specific needs, and guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicle lineup to educate customers on features, tech, and safety
The Experience: Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a personal book of business through consistent follow-up, lead generation, and referral networking
Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including credit applications, transaction paperwork, and digital communications
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred, but we will train the right personality
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; bilingual ability is a significant plus
Reliability: Must be available to work Saturdays (our highest-earning day)
Requirements: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Traits: High attention to detail, tech-savvy, and a professional "guest-first" mindset
