Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 Commission/year

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to customers by phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with the sales team. Automotive Sales BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information
• Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments

QualificationsAutomotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Strong computer and phone literacy
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
