Berman Subaru Chicago is offering flexible scheduling options designed to give our Sales Associates more consistency and work-life balance.

Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off. Other full-time schedule variations available based on your availability and dealership hours!

Job Title: Automotive Sales Associate

Uncapped Commission | $125K+ Earning Potential

• 25% commission on new and used vehicle sales

What You'll Do

Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through the entire car-buying experience - from their first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot.

Your goal is simple: help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

A Typical Day Includes

• Engaging with customers by phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying the information they need
• Conducting in-depth vehicle and product demonstrations
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and financing options
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience
• Building lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must be available to work full-time
