What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through their car-buying journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Build lasting relationships through trust, follow-up, and great service
• Respond to leads (online, phone, and in-store) and turn interest into action
• Keep learning with ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and great at building relationships
• Motivated by results and energized by a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with uncertainty and quick to adapt
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
