Schedule:

Saturday ONLY

Compensation:

$18-24/hour, based on experience

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, guest-centered service in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, improving guest satisfaction and retention
• Manage reservations, service requests, and guest communications with accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Promoted services and amenities to enhance guest engagement and revenue

Qualifications:

• Previous Customer Service experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal & written Communication & Presentation Skills
• Ability to manage one’s own time.
• Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to solve basic math calculations.
