The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Sales Assistant Funder at Rallye BMW! As the leaders in the luxury automotive business for nearly 65 years, our mission is to provide a seamless and personalized automotive experience, powered by the commitment of our team of professionals. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive billing skills, be a part of an outstanding team!

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Organizing and processing all paperwork including Department of Motor Vehicle documents, leases, financing, contracts.
• Billing the purchase of both new and pre-owned vehicles to clients and wholesalers.
• Preparing title documents and registrations; and maintaining DMV records.
• Review and submit contracts for funding.

PAY RATE: $22 HOURLY

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive billing experience required.
• Experience with Verifi, CDK, Infobahn and Trivin required.
• Proficient with out of state DMV regulations.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems.
• Outgoing and patient personality with an ability to multitask.
• Professional personal appearance.
