Competitive Compensation Built Around You:
Hourly Wage: $32.00 - $38.50 per hour
Stability Guarantee: A biweekly minimum income aligned with 64 flat-rate hours, so your pay stays consistent – even during quieter periods.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Red Seal Technician at Steele Volkswagen, you will be:

• Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Toyota vehicles
  • Ensuring every repair is done right the first time, with safety and quality top of mind
  • Keeping detailed records of work completed and communicating clearly with the service team
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative shop culture
