Receptionist/Cashier – Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As one of the first people our customers meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive dealership experience.

If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employees
  • Process customer payments by cash, check, and credit card
  • Calculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer system
  • Accurately issue receipts and provide change when needed
  • Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift
  • Direct customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or department
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise
  • Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug test
