Job Description

Join Mercedes-Benz of Latham as a Receptionist / Service Assistant

Location: Latham, NY

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $17/hour

Keeler is seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our Mercedes-Benz Service Department as a Receptionist/Service Assistant This dual-role position supports both the front-line service team and involves assisting with various clerical and administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with service check-out processes following appointments
  • Handle and reconcile customer payments, including cash, credit, and warranty transactions
  • Respond to inbound service calls and schedule appointments in coordination with the BDC team
  • Support daily administrative operations and assist with follow-up communication to enhance client satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand
