Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls to the dealership, assist customers
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on the phone
• Administrative tasks for the service department
• Perform outbound calls to schedule appointments and confirm appointments
• Execute campaigns that aid in Service Department growth
