Boardwalk Honda, is part of Group 1 Automotive — a leader in automotive retail — is looking to add an Automotive Product Specialist to our team! This is an hourly paid position. As a Product Specialist, you are responsible for delivering comprehensive vehicle information during the sales and aftersales processes, including maintaining in-depth knowledge of Honda vehicles, addressing client inquiries, explaining vehicle features, and providing a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full Honda vehicle lineup — covering trims, features, technology, accessories, and Honda's competitive advantages in the market
  • Provide comprehensive product support at every stage of the client journey, including product presentation, test drive, delivery/handover, and post-purchase follow-up
  • Address client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, explaining complex features in a clear, client-oriented way based on individual needs
  • Support the aftersales process by helping clients understand service plans, warranties, and maintenance resources available through the dealership following their vehicle purchase
  • Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with sales personnel and clients
  • Actively listen to client needs, follow Group 1 Automotive's established procedures, and achieve client satisfaction objectives as set by management
  • Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Assist in other areas of the Sales department and perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and an exceptional work ethic
  • Energetic, positive, and client-focused attitude

Compensation: The pay for this position is $23.00-$26.00 an hour.
