Build effective customer relationships

Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate priorautomotivepartsor mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge andcancommunicate in a technical and non-technical manner
Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
