Job Description

The H-Team is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver who can represent our company with professionalism and positivity. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing their time independently while still being a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Locate, pull, and organize parts in the warehouse for scheduled deliveries.
  • Load and secure inventory onto the delivery vehicle accurately and safely.
  • Drive to various wholesale customer locations, determining the most efficient and timely routes.
  • Unload and deliver parts to customers with professionalism and care.
  • Provide excellent customer service at each delivery stop, representing the company in a positive manner.
  • Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operating condition.
  • Maintain required logs and documentation related to vehicle use and deliveries.
  • Assist in the parts warehouse as needed, including stocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
  • Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Relevant experience driving a truck or van is preferred; automotive parts experience is a plus.
  • Ability to do heavy lifting; must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Must read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals; use of basic math accurately.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
