Compensation: $90,000-$100,000+

Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

Build More Than a Parts Department. Build What Comes Next.

Herb Chambers Toyota of Medford is looking for an accomplished Automotive Parts Manager to help lead one of the most exciting growth opportunities in New England automotive retail.

We've moved into our new, state-of-the-art Medford facility, featuring a 37-bay service operation, substantial vehicle capacity and significantly greater potential than our previous location.

Now we're looking for a Parts Manager capable of turning that potential into performance.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants scale, autonomy, accountability and growth—and who gets excited about building a department that can become one of the strongest Toyota parts operations in the region.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain the department.

We want a hands-on operator and leader who understands that an exceptional parts department drives the entire dealership.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build a parts operation capable of supporting a high-volume, 37-bay service department
• Optimize inventory for availability, turns, fill rate and profitability
• Grow wholesale, retail, internal and service-drive parts sales
• Improve technician productivity by getting the right part to the right technician at the right time
• Recruit, develop and hold accountable a high-performing parts team
• Partner closely with Service, Sales and Used Vehicles
• Use data—not instinct alone—to identify opportunities and make decisions
• Establish processes and standards that can scale as our business grows
