Larson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring an Automotive Parts Advisor to support our busy parts department.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment around vehicles and automotive parts.

Automotive experience is helpful—but not required. We’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help customers and technicians locate the correct parts and accessories
• Answer phones and assist walk-in customers
• Order, receive, and organize inventory
• Track parts availability and special orders
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians
• Keep the parts department organized and running efficiently

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Automotive, retail, warehouse, or parts experience is a plus

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a parts department or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and software.
