Job Description:
І Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities.
Carrying out of job assigned to him
Maintaining of his tools and equipment.
Remove old parts
Keep working place clean and organized
II. Communications.
Reporting directly to foreman
Reporting to Team Leader / Time Keeper and Sub-Store Keeper.
Reporting to parts department
III. Task/s
Recording of his attendance time.
Carrying out of repair orders according to DC stan
Clocking on/off of repair orders handled by him.
Responsibility for the standard of repairs carried out by him.
Reporting of unclear work instructions or costly extensions to the repair order to his group leader or foreman
Follow up on parts order.
Place orders for spare parts needed at once.
To park the vehicle in designated area when job is completed for road test.
Remove old parts after the job is completed.
Coordinate with Sub store keeper for all sundries to be added to job cards as well as old warranty parts returns
Follow up on parts order.
