Pay: $70,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand: Develop annual marketing plans and budgets that align with sales goals while protecting and elevating the dealership’s luxury brand image.
Digital & Social Media: Oversee website SEO / SEM, manage premium social channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and create high-end content featuring inventory and customer deliveries.
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads for new and pre-owned exotic vehicles, collaborating with sales to optimize campaign conversions and manage online reputation.
Experiential Events: Plan and execute VIP client experiences, vehicle launches, track days, rallies, and luxury brand partnerships.
PR & Partnerships: Manage media relations, coordinate influencer collaborations, and maintain strong ties with manufacturers and local luxury businesses.
Analytics: Track and report monthly KPIs (web traffic, lead volume, event ROI) to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
3+ years in marketing, ideally within luxury automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM systems, analytics tools, and luxury social media management
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills
Event planning, photography / videography, or automotive CRM experience
A genuine passion for high-performance, exotic automobiles
