What You'll Do
Build estimates and present repair recommendations
Manage customer relationships
Source parts and manage repair workflows
Review inspections and identify maintenance opportunities
Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs
Assist customers with financing options
Handle customer concerns and conflict resolution
Drive sales and profitability
Manage approximately 10 vehicles per day
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong communication skills
Professional demeanor
Valid driver's license
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Automotive service advisor experience
Automotive management experience
Dealership experience
ASE Service Advisor Certification
CRM or shop management software experience
