Now Hiring - Lube Technician

Pay: $17-$22 Flat Rate Hours DOE

DCH Toyota of Oxnard is looking for a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the automotive industry and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs

• Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance needs

• Check and maintain tire pressure, battery condition, and fluid levels

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and equipment

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Communicate findings to service advisors and technicians

• Assist senior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
