What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for a top-tier buying experience
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to generate and confirm sales appointments
- Rapidly respond to internet leads across all departments
- Track, manage, and nurture leads to maximize showroom traffic and conversions
- Keep all websites updated with compelling, sales-driven offers and promotions
- Manage and post social media content to drive engagement and lead generation
- Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reporting on results
- Serve as the go-to CRM resource, ensuring accurate data and team usage
- Support sales initiatives and step in wherever needed to hit dealership goals
Qualifications
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
- Strong communication and closing skills (phone, text, email)
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Word, and Excel
- Highly organized, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
