Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Adapt messaging quickly based on prospect feedback and market signals

  • Preferably 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume, inbound/outbound sales contact center
  • English level B2+ or higher (able to negotiate, persuade, and close deals fluently)
  • Comfortable providing options, handling objections, and asking for the close

  • High energy, disciplined, and consistent in follow-up
  • Demonstrated success in:
    • Objection handling
    • Revenue protection
    • Conversion-driven conversations
  • Prior experience supporting home services, automotive, insurance, repair, or appointment-based businesses strongly preferred
  • Previous performance in:
    • Conversion Rate Targets
    • Revenue per call / per lead
  • Ability to resolve non-scripted scenarios
  • Critical thinking when systems, schedules or expectations break
  • Proficient in general computer skills
    • Ability to multitask with different systems
  • Comfortable working in process-driven, KPI measured environments
  • Accepts real-time coaching and performance accountability

What Success Looks Like

  • High activity levels with meaningful conversations
  • Strong close rates
  • Revenue impact within the first months
