Automotive Glass Regional Manager
Location: Colorado - Denver
Compensation: Earning potential $125,000 - $175,000 base + uncapped performance bonus.
About the Role:
Caliber Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Manager to lead our Denver-South market and help expand into bordering markets. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who wants to build, influence strategy, and scale a business. You’ll oversee operations, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration while partnering with senior leadership on market expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success
Coach and support the training and development of field operations Manager’s and Teammates
Proactively recruit for long term success
Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within region
Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
Qualifications, Education and Experience
7+ years of experience in automotive repair
5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of people
Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applications
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
Ability to pass a background check
Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
