Curry Honda is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-performing dealership team. If you are a finance professional with a proven track record of maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining compliance, we want to hear from you.
As our Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in helping customers secure vehicle financing while presenting protection products that enhance ownership and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Arrange and secure vehicle financing through lender relationships.
Present finance and insurance products to customers professionally and ethically.
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations.
Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and timely funding.
Maintain lender approvals and documentation accuracy.
Achieve monthly production and product penetration goals.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from delivery to funding.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of dealership F&I operations, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, RouteOne, Dealertrack experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
