What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, battery checks, and fluid services.
• Conduct thorough Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs) and accurately document findings.
• Learn diagnostic and repair techniques directly from experienced Toyota technicians.
• Keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly to deliver top-quality results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
