We are looking for an Automotive Express Technician who is ready to mentor the next generation and take command of a bay in one of the country’s premier service departments."

We are actively hiring a Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our Service Team. Our Flat Rate Automotive Technician plays a significant role in our dealership by allowing us to offer world-class servicing to any vehicle they purchase from us. You would spend most of your time diagnosing issues with vehicles and repair work. The ideal candidate will be an individual with prior experience working on Subaru vehicles and could be a great role model to the less experienced technicians.

Express Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Identify basic maintenance needs
• Maintain efficiency while following procedures
• Document services performed
• Assist with shop organization and cleanliness
• Support technicians and service team as needed
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Participate in training and development

QualificationsExpress Technician Qualifications

• Experienced Lube Technician – 2yrs preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
