Automotive Service Advisor – European Repair Shop | Earn up to $100,000+

Location: Carrollton, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Salary: $75k to $100k Earning potential

We are a busy, high-volume independent European repair shop looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who can handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively with customers and technicians, write accurate estimates, order parts, and keep repairs moving efficiently throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend needed repairs
• Write accurate estimates and repair orders
• Order and track parts
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed on repair status
• Manage multiple repair orders at the same time
• Help maintain an efficient workflow in a very busy shop

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Experience writing estimates and repair orders
• Experience ordering automotive parts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Experience with European vehicles preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player looking for a long-term career
