About the Shop

We are a 40+ year established independent repair shop with deep roots in the community and a strong Google reputation. We recently transitioned into new management under a long-time technician who has effectively run the shop for years and brings real-world experience into leadership.

This is a small, focused 4-bay shop that is actively improving systems, workflow, and technician experience while keeping things simple:

We are not a high-pressure production mill—but we are busy, consistent, and serious about quality.

Pay & Schedule

• $40–$50/hr hourly (not flat rate)
• $83K–$104K yearly potential
• 40 hours per week
• Consistent workload with ~230 cars/month

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring an A or strong B-level Automotive Technician who can:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Work independently without constant oversight
• Stay productive in a steady-flow environment
• Take pride in quality workmanship and accountability

This is a strong fit for technicians who want consistency, support, and real diagnostic work—not flat rate pressure or inconsistent hours.

Time Off & Benefits
