Earning Potential: $83,000–$104,000+ annually

If you're the technician everyone turns to for difficult electrical or drivability problems, this role lets you focus on what you do best: diagnosing and fixing challenging vehicles.

You'll earn $40–$50/hour with no flat-rate pressure, work Monday–Friday, and have access to advanced diagnostic and programming equipment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex electrical and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Complete vehicle programming and module setup
• Use scan tools, oscilloscopes, and factory software
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems
• Verify repairs and complete quality work

What We're Looking For

• A-Level or strong B-Level Technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
• Ability to independently diagnose difficult concerns
• Strong drivability troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to accurate, quality repairs
• Interest in continued technical growth

You'll have access to Ford and GM factory programming, Snap-on, Autel, oscilloscopes, Xhorse, OE programming platforms, Mitchell 1 ProDemand, and Identifix.
