Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $33.80+/hour base + bonus

Pay Type: Hourly + Bonus

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Earning Potential: $100,000–$150,000+ annually

About Super Service

Super Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician in Aliso Viejo, CA who wants advanced diagnostic work, strong vehicle volume, and production-based earning potential.

The shop services 100+ vehicles per week and provides a structured environment with advanced diagnostic, ADAS, and alignment equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
• Complete automotive repairs efficiently and accurately
• Maintain quality workmanship in a high-volume environment
• Maintain 100%+ production output
• Support an efficient, production-focused shop workflow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working at an A-Level Automotive Technician skill level
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Proven ability to maintain consistent production
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume automotive repair environment
• Own professional automotive tools
• ASE Certifications preferred
• High-volume shop experience preferred
