Cavender Toyota is currently seeking Experienced Automotive Detailers to join our team. This position is specifically focused on professionally washing and detailing customer vehicles that come through our dealership.

We're looking for detailers who take pride in their work, have exceptional attention to detail, and understand the importance of returning a customer's vehicle clean, fresh, and looking its best. Professional automotive detailing experience is required, and Saturday availability is a must.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for professionally washing and detailing customer vehicles, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Exterior Detailing:

• Thoroughly wash and hand dry customer vehicles
• Clean and detail the engine compartment
• Perform exterior buffing and polishing as needed
• Apply hand wax
• Clean and detail rims and tires
• Shine exterior plastics
• Clean windows and glass
• Clean door jambs
• Polish chrome and exterior trim

Interior Detailing:

• Perform a comprehensive vacuum
• Shampoo carpets and upholstery
• Clean and detail plastic and vinyl surfaces
• Clean and condition floor mats
• Condition leather surfaces
• Detail headliners
• Clean and detail the trunk/cargo area
• Clean instrument panels and air vents
• Ensure the entire interior is clean, fresh, and customer-ready

Quality & Safety:

• Pay close attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality work
• Use appropriate cleaning products, equipment, and detailing techniques
• Operate all tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any safety issues, vehicle damage, or concerns to management immediately

Here Is What You Will Need

• Previous professional automotive detailing experience is required
• Experience detailing customer vehicles in a dealership, service department, or professional detailing environment preferred
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete an MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
