Automotive Dealership Receptionist - Audi North Orlando

The Receptionist is a front-line representative for the dealership. To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant customer service-oriented personality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Welcome visitors and customers by greeting and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Distribute correspondence, answer multiple lines and forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • Write legibly and deliver messages
  • Streamlining office operations
  • Answer basic inquiries
  • Present a welcoming environment by keeping reception area neat and clean
  • Support sales operations by maintaining files and form
  • Offer administrative support across the organization
  • Handle emergencies in a timely and effective manner

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Multitask
  • Basic management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public
  • Reception or switchboard experience is a plus Must possess a valid driver’s license, personable automobile insurance and the ability to meet drug free workplace requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable background and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation

He founded the General Motors Dealers'​ Son School established to prepare dealers'​ offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.
