Introduction

We are seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our busy automotive repair team in Helena, Montana. This Monday through Friday position offers $18-$22/hour, excellent benefits beginning on day one, and the opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced facility with a supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
• Communicate repair updates and estimated completion times to customers.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate customer information.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Tag vehicle keys, assign and label repair order (ARO) numbers, and organize keys on the key board.
• Check customers in using AutoVitals, including documenting digital vehicle inspections (DVI), recording odometer readings, and uploading vehicle photos.
• Capture a profile photo of each vehicle during the check-in process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of automotive industry experience.
• Three or more years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
