At Coughlin Automotive, we've got more business than we can handle, and we need you! Coughlin is currently looking for an Automotive Cashier Receptionist.

We're one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealer groups, representing 13 brands across 17 locations including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Marysville, Lancaster, Lewis Center, and Dublin. Responsibilities:

~Payment Processing: Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts.

~Customer Service: Greet customers warmly at the cashier window, answer billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to service advisors.

~Drawer Reconcilement: Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records.

~Administrative Support: File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

-Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

-Math & Computer Skills: Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software.

-Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries or complaints with poise.

-Organized and friendly personality

-Professional personal appearance

-Team oriented and self-motivated

-Able to work with little supervision
