
Overview:
Monitor the performance of workshop-based vehicle sales channels and propose effective sales strategies to grow market penetration.
Strengthen coordination between Dealers and Service Workshops to ensure efficient sales operations and customer handling.
Develop and expand the B2B customer base to increase vehicle sales opportunities.
Drive sales activation at service workshops to achieve vehicle sales targets.
Identify, approach, and maintain strong relationships with service workshops to grow and optimize vehicle sales channels.
Train and support workshop sales staff to enhance selling capabilities and service quality.
Support end-to-end sales activities in full compliance with VinFast’s processes and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
10+ years of Experience in
automotive sales, dealership operations, fleet/B2B sales, or channel development
is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of service workshop operations and sales activation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in international markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English.
