Auto Body Technician $30-$40/hr Monday-Friday

Location: Keene, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $30-$40 per hour

Pay Type: Hourly

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Earning Potential: Monthly sales goal bonus of $300-$400

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join a family-owned automotive operation in Keene, NH. This position offers $30-$40 per hour based on experience, plus a monthly sales goal bonus of $300-$400 based on production. Key Responsibilities

• Perform auto body and collision repair work on damaged vehicles.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate body repair needs.
• Repair or replace damaged body components using appropriate collision repair techniques.
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Work collaboratively with the automotive and collision repair team.
• Maintain an organized work area and support an efficient shop workflow.
• Complete repairs with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of auto body or collision repair experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of automotive body repair techniques.
• Ability to assess vehicle damage and complete collision repairs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• I-CAR certification is preferred.
