Position Type: Full TimeThe Assistant BDC Manager plays a key role in managing the dealership’s online sales process, customer communications, and digital lead management. This position ensures all internet leads are handled promptly, professionally, and in a way that maximizes conversion opportunities while maintaining a strong customer experience.
- Manage and respond to all internet sales leads from the dealership’s website, third-party platforms, and social media channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads using CRM tools and dealership communication systems.
- Track and report lead response times, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Communicate effectively with prospective customers via email, text, and phone to identify needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options.
- Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the online sales process.
- Support customer retention efforts through follow-up, satisfaction surveys, and post-sale communication.
