Grey Wolf Automotive Group is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive dealership accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and paperwork accurately and efficiently. A strong understanding of dealership accounting processes and excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of automotive dealership accounting procedures.
• Ability to handle a high volume of paperwork and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and disburse payments and checks.
• Balance statements and ensure financial records are finalized accurately.
• Verify payment information and prepare accounts payable for processing.
• Monitor past-due accounts and follow up on outstanding balances and returned checks.
• Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits.
• Reconcile and process daily credit card deposits.
• Enter finalized cash receipts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Maintain and update vendor 1099 information.
• Prepare and process year-end 1099 forms and reports.
• Monitor and maintain adequate office supplies.
• Research and respond to vendor and customer account inquiries.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and organized accounting records.
