A/B-Level Automotive Technician

Location: Fairfield, TX 75840

$35–$60/HR | HOURLY PAY (NOT FLAT RATE)

PAID ~45 HOURS/WEEK

4.5-DAY WORK WEEK (HALF DAY FRIDAY)

NO HEAVY-DUTY | NO OVERHAULS

HIGH ARO SHOP ($1,480) WITH STRONG DVI SALES

We’re not looking for just anyone with a toolbox. We’re looking for a technician who knows their craft, takes pride in their work, and wants to be paid like a professional — without the flat-rate pressure cooker.

If you’re an A or strong B-level tech who can diagnose, think critically, and knock out quality repairs, keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Be Working On:

• Electrical diagnostics and repair

• Drivability concerns

• Suspension and steering

• Brake systems

• Oil leaks

• Engine and transmission swaps

• Gas & diesel pickups (Dodge, Ford, GM)

No heavy-duty trucks.
No engine or transmission overhauls.

We focus on profitable, quality work — not nightmare rebuilds.

Compensation (Hourly – Stability Included)

• B-Level Tech: $35–$45/hr

• A-Level Tech: $45–$60/hr

• Paid approximately 45 hours per week

• Consistent income — not flat rate swings

• Half day on Friday
