What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs (~30% hands-on)
• Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable to production goals
• Mentor team members and elevate overall shop performance
• Write estimates, order parts, and support workflow efficiency
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and operations
• Help build a strong, performance-driven shop culture

What You Bring

• 5–7+ years as a diagnostic / master-level technician
• 5+ years in automotive leadership or management
• Strong diagnostic ability and efficiency mindset
• Leadership skills—coach, mentor, motivate
• Solid diesel knowledge (no cab-off work required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $108,000
• Target Earnings: $120K+ (performance-based)
