This is a remote position.
Design and implement
integrated systems
across Notion, Smartsheet, AppSheet, and Google Workspace tools.
Develop
automated workflows
using low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., AppSheet logic, Zapier-style connectors, internal APIs).
Create and maintain
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
— clearly documenting processes and tech instructions.
Manage and improve
data flows
for CRM, project management, inventory, and reporting systems.
Integrate
marketing and operations systems
— linking websites, CRM, quoting, and communication platforms.
Provide
training and user support
through screen recordings, guides, or mini documentation to ensure effective tool adoption.
Proven experience with
no-code/low-code automation tools
such as AppSheet, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar.
Solid understanding of
data management, systems design, and process optimization
.
Proficiency in
Notion, Smartsheet, Xero, Google Workspace
, and related productivity tools.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving
mindset with attention to technical detail.
Excellent
communication and documentation
skills, capable of explaining technical processes simply.
Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable — able to deliver under tight timelines.
Bonus: Experience working in
civil, construction, or technology operations
environments.
